Buchta was also active in Indiana where he exhibited with the Hoosier Salon and painted in Brown County. Anthony Buchta (1896 - 1967) Anthony Buchta grew up in Iowa and attended the Chicago Fine Arts Academy and the Chicago Art Institute.
